Our "Ocean Edge Resort" condo is an immaculate and bright, nicely furnished and tastefully decorated end unit. It has cathedral ceilings and restful views of woods and a fresh-water pond from the deck. Recommended for parties up to 6.

Located in a private setting, the property is a short walk to a driving range, swimming pools, tennis courts, and restaurants. Quaint Brewster and beautiful beaches are nearby.

Rental Policy

In-season: Saturday to Saturday, Off-season: 2 or more nights, flexible

Arrival Times

3:00 p.m check-in, 10 a.m. check out, can be flexible in off-season

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

IN-Season: 6/23-9/1/07 $1350/week
SHOULDER Season: June and September (call or e-mail for rates)
OFF-Season: $125/night for 2, $15 per person for each additional night.
