Guests have access to the farm's 700 acres where hiking, fishing and bird watching are available. Guests also have membership privileges in the nearby Lake Tansi Village Resort and Country Club for golf, boat rentals, tennis, and dining.

Rental Policies

Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
If you must shorten or cancel your reservations, we will refund your deposit (less $30 cancellation fee) with at least 14 days advance notice.
Reservations made less than 14 days in advance of arrival cannot be refunded unless the lodge can be re-rented. We will make every effort to re-rent and return your deposit, less $30 cancellation fee.
Reservations may be moved within 14 days of scheduled arrival (prior to the cancellation period) but are subject to the cancellation fee.
Stays of one week or longer require 30 days cancellation notice.

Arrival Times

Check-in time is between 2pm and 7pm. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 7pm so that we can make arrangements. Check-out is 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is available by prior arrangement only.

Rental Rates

$1,500.00 to $2,700.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Charges are $250 for the first couple and $50 for each additional adult in a related party.
A two night minimum stay is requested.
Charges are reduced for stays of one week or longer. Please inquire.
We accept one couple or up to a total of six adults in a related party.
