Property Description

White houses on different levels in a quiet area : each have a wonderful view allover the islands of Kalymnos and Pserimos.The sandy beach is at 300 m They are very comfortable and are well supplied to welcome maximum 6 persons.

The living room (26m2) has a French window opening on the terrace with sea view and sunset; a dining-area, a kitchenette equipped with a 3electric cookers, an oven, a fridge with a freezer, an electric coffee pot, a toaster and a dishwasher ; in the part of the sitting room, there are 2 sofa beds (90x200cm) and a wardrobe. Radio-CD-Cassette.
The bedroom with a double bed and a private shower room and WC has the sea view.
The bedroom with twin beds has the hill view.
The separate bathroom/WC is equipped with a hair-dryer fixed on the wall.
The construction is new (built in the year 2003) and of good quality : full isolated, double window-panes . The air condition is not necessary. During winter and for-season if necessary all the rooms are equipped with an individual electric heating. The water is heated by sun energy and electricity if necessary.
Towels are provided on every 2 days and sheets once the week.Towels for the beach are not provided. Possibility of using our laundry.
For the babies, baby cots are available. (Babysitter on request in advance).
Cleaning service for the departure day is on request : about 30€.
The terrace (18m2) is covered by a pergola and equipped with a table , garden chairs and deckchair. A barbecue is also provided .
A special area to park a car is situated behind each house .
Pets are not allowed.
From May till October, you are allowed to use the swimming pools of the hotels nearby.

Minimum stay 1 week - Rates basis for accommodation of 4 persons - Extra charge of 85 Eur per week for the 5th and the 6th person from May till September.
