The exclusive community is enhanced by a peaceful setting with mature oak trees, royal palms and tranquil lake and is just 20 minutes from the Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island. Our pool home is furnished to a very high standard.

Property Details

Our home in Regal Oaks is easily reached by leaving the Interstate 75 at Exit 217, and takes a mere 7 minutes to drive there along the State road 70. It is situated in a convenient location with easy access to Sarasota, Tampa, Naples and Orlando, and within easy access to local beaches, state parks, supermarkets, local shopping malls / outlets, restaurants and theatres.

Amenities within the house are all you will need for the perfect vacation home. The family room has 2 extremely comfortable 3-seat leather sofas for resting or watching a little of the up-graded cable TV. Free to view movies are available or record them while you are out enjoying the Florida sunshine. A desktop computer is available in this room for your use at no extra cost. If you have your own laptop, wireless broadband is also available for you to connect.

The kitchen is fully equipped - there's no need to bring even a bottle opener or T-towel! Laundry facilities are washer and dryer situated in the garage.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with en-suite facilities. Access to the pool can be gained from this room. The second bedroom is a double bed whilst the third bedroom has 2 single beds. Each bedroom has it's own TV with individually operated cable stations. The family bathroom is shared by the second and third bedrooms.

All rooms have ceiling fans for that additional air comfort; the lanaii next to the pool also has a ceiling fan / light for comfort during the warmer evenings by the pool. Table and chairs are situated on the lanaii with a gas-grill available for a small charge payable locally to our manager.

The pool is 28 feet x 13 feet with feature fountains and is heated by solar panels; therefore no heating costs. However, for the cooler months, electric heating is available at an extra cost. Sun loungers are positioned on the pool deck for perfect relaxation.

So peaceful yet close to the action our house is easy to find …… but difficult to leave!!!

Rental Rates

$800.00 to $980.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

DECEMBER 2008 SPECIAL of $700 (£400) per week excludes Xmas Holiday

Rates are inclusive of Florida Taxes and exit cleaning. Pool electric heating for the winter months at $80 (£50) per week if required. COMPLIMENTARY WELCOME PACK FOR YOUR ARRIVAL.
Although we will accept a 3 night stay, there will be an additional cleaning fee for those stays of 3 to 5 nights.
We require a minimum deposit of $100 to secure the booking. A security deposit cheque of $200 will be required with the final balance. This is refundable upon satisfactory inspection and return of the 'Genie garage opener remote opn departure.
