SunDog Parry Sound has 4 distinctive and fully equipped housekeeping suites within this unique 4plex, each with it’s own charm. Each suite is ideal for either an intimate getaway or a large gathering with family or friends. When renting 2 or more units there is the convenience of opening interior doors to expand your living and entertaining space.

SunDog Parry Sound is located on a secluded 80 acre lake. The lake is spring fed and very refreshing on a hot day. Fishing is great, even off the end of our docks. There are trails to explore on adjoining crown land and many neighboring inhabitants including beaver, otter and loons, not to mention many species of birds ranging from hawks to owls right down to humming birds.

SunDog Muskoka's Riverstead cottage is a quaint 1400 sq. ft. 2 story newly renovated, turn of the century farmhouse. It has 4 bedrooms and one bathroom. It features a new fireplace with an antique mantel in the living room and a wood stove in the large kitchen and dining room area. There are decks on the front and back of the cottage that over look the river.

SunDog Muskoka has 3000’ of meandering riverfront on the Rosseau River — excellent for canoeing, kayaking, swimming and trout fishing. There are 258 acres of older growth forest and meadows with many kilometers of hiking trails and old logging trails. Our property is adjacent to 130,000 acres of crown land, so the wildlife is abundant. There is a 40' waterfall and a 20' waterfall bordering the Property. The Riverstead location is pet friendly.
