Welcome to Solana Resort!! A brand new luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private south facing pool and spa on the new and prestigious Solana Resort in Orlando, Florida. The villa is only 15 minutes from Disney.

4 bedrooms - The First, Master Bedroom with En Suite Bathroom and walk in shower, which is elegantly furnished and includes Queen sized bed, dresser, TV, mirror and walk in closet.

The Second Bedroom is also furnished to a high standard with a Queen sized bed, en suite bathroom and walk in closet.

The Third and Fourth Bedrooms are also fully equipped and suitable for both children and or male/female guests. These twin bedrooms share a bathroom which is adjacent. All bath towels and linen are provided.

The Superb Pool Area and extensive sun terrace includes a Spa. It is also equipped with a Patio table and Chairs plus a BBQ and Sun Loungers. This is perfect setting to enjoy the Florida Sunshine or great to relax after a hard day at the attractions!! The villa is south facing and has the added privacy of fencing at the rear of the villa. There is also a covered area to provide some shade.
Pool Heating is optional. There are only a few months of the year when this is required. Pricing on request.

Large Family Room, with comfortable seating and Patio doors which open out to the pool/spa area. There is a safety fence provided if required for your childs safety.

Dining Room, with table and chairs providing ample seating.

Fully Equipped Kitchen, has been designed for your convenience and includes Cooker, Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer with Ice Maker, Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Toaster plus all cutlery and crockery, and most other kitchen utensils.

Separate Utility Area, includes Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.

Telephone, provides free international and local calls. For some long distance calls, you may use your credit card or phone card (purchased locally)

High speed internet access.

Games room, including, pool table, air hockey, basketball and electronic darts. That if Mickey Mouse and friends provide just too much!!

Baby items include, cot, playpen and highchair. Other baby items available on request.

The management company is available for any queries/questions that you may have and provide a 24 hour contact number in case of emergencies.

For the convenience of our guests, Smoking is permitted on the Sun Terrace only.

Rates quoted in US/GBP
Rates are per week and are inclusive of 12% Florida Tax. Payment can be made in Dollars, Uk Pounds, Euros or Credit Card via Pay Pal on line.
$350/£250 deposit is required at the time of booking.
Balance is due 10 weeks before arrival.
$250 security deposit is required, refundable within 2 weeks of departure. Subject to property inspection.
Optional pool heating at $25 per day (recommended between November and April).
Minimum stay 3 nights.
Stays of 6 nights or less incur a cleaning charge of $90.
