We offer a luxury villa with 3 bedrooms (master, double and twin), 2 bathrooms, fully furnished kitchen with breakfast area, dining and living room and an all year round heated screened pool. Fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

The heated pool is equipped with table, chairs, BBQ and loungers and is south facing so gets the sun all day, private and not overlooked.


Our villa is the ideal location for a beach, water sports or golfing holiday. Only 90 minutes south of Tampa airport.


Our tranquil home offers a view of breathtaking Florida sunsets, and has an all year round heated screened pool. So after the fast pace and hustle and bustle of Miami or Orlando- for those of you who want to relax and need some tranquillity we are not many miles away.

Living Area
Tastefully furnished including an entertainment unit complete with television and DVD player, with sliding doors opening on to the lanai and pool area. There is a separate dining room and breakfast area.


Kitchen
Well equipped and spacious with a microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer and waste disposal etc.

There is a separate laundry room with full sized washing machine and tumble dryer, large storage area and iron/ ironing board.

Bedrooms
Master Bedroom: Has family size en-suite bathroom - with twin sinks large bath and walk-in shower. One large walk-in wardrobe with sliding door. King-size bed. Ceiling Fans with air conditioning. Patio doors which open onto the lanai and pool.

Second bedroom: Large Bedroom. Large built in wardrobes. Double bed.

Third bedroom: Two single beds. Large built in wardrobes.

Pool Deck Area
There is a large glass table and seating for six plus two sun loungers set on the lanai for outdoor dining and a gas BBQ. The heated pool is is south facing so gets the sun all day, private and not overlooked.




Amenities
You can reach the shops within a two minute drive.

Close by are two of the local supermarkets, Publix (found at the junction of 776 & 771) and Winn Dixie (found on 776 at the Sunnybrook junction)

The Rotonda Area is surrounded by 72 holes of golf.

Three hours drive northeast is Orlando and four hours to the southwest is Florida Keys.

Port Charlotte (15 minutes by car) for shopping this area holds a large shopping mall & others can be found in Sarasota & Fort Myers areas.

Why not try a leisurely walk on a deserted beach or an afternoon round of golf?

Why not try dinner overlooking the bay.

Once you have experienced the magic of Rotonda west you will want to return time & again to the comfort of a lifestyle that offers an escape from the daily stresses of today & the chaotic pace of life.

Discounts available on long term rentals.

Optional electric pool heating during winter period - preferred during October to March, is UK£56 per week.

Cleaning - There is a standard cleaning charge for all rentals of UK£60 per rental subject to the Booking Terms.

Please note 12 % Charlotte County Taxes are chargeable on all rental, pool heating, cleaning and other charges.
