Finca Algarabia is situated in the countryside near to Cómpeta. This beautiful house with private pool, is not only set in a superb location but also has been built and furnished to a high standar.

Property Details

Finca Algarabía is a small holiday house with private pool and magnificent views down to the Mediterranean and across to the African coast as well as up to the impressive mountains of the Axarquia region. Finca Algarabía offers sufficient accommodation for four people in two bedrooms. It has beautiful views and is in a very peaceful setting.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room/kitchen with fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom. Another bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor. Ceilings are beamed in typical Andalucian style with bamboo inserts. In front of the house is a large partly covered terrace which provides shade in summer.

3,5 kms from Cómpeta with reasonable access most of the way apart from the final part which is quite steep. This part is, however cemented and an ordinary car can be used. Nervous drivers may feel happier in a four wheel drive.

Arrival Times

We do our best to accommodate arrivals at any time and settle you as quickly as possible. Officially property arrival is between 16.30 and 21.30. However we do try to be as flexible as possible and allow access as soon as the property has been cleaned and prepared. However kindly note that arrivals between 21.30 and 09.00 are subject to an additional charge of 50 Euros. We ask that you depart by 11.30. Clients departing on later flights may be able to extend their stay depending on the arrival time of incoming clients.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

PRICES 2012

LOW SEASON: 124.-€/night: 675.-€/week

MID SEASON: 145.-€/night: 770.-€/week

HIGH SEASON: (Juli-August)889.-€/week

Long weekends: 145.-€/night (minimum 3 nights)

Long term let possible during the winter month: please ask us for the price

The prices include cleaning, electricity, water, gas, bed linen, towels (except towels for beach and pool) and VAT 18%.

2012 LS: 08.01.-31.03.2012 / 09.04.-30.04.2012 / 01.11.-22.12.2012 -- MS: 01.04.-08.04.2012 / 01.05.-30.06.2012 / 01.09.-31.10.2012 / 23.12.2012-07.01.2013 -- HS: 01.07.-31.08.2012. Minimum rental period 2 nights, except from 01.06.-15.10.2012 Christmas, Easter and high season. During the afore mentioned periods the minimum rental period is 1 week.
