This Big Island Hawaii tropical ocean view home is located in the gated seaside community of Kapoho Beach Lots on the Eastern tip. Champagne Pond is located nearby and Volcano National Park is just a half hour drive! Come discover "old" Hawaii!

Property Details

This tropical home features open-beamed ceilings and panoramic tropical and ocean views. You can see the lights from passing cruise ships at night in the distance from your lanai! There's a full kitchen, generous living and dining area opening onto the lanai, a queen-bed bedroom and bath. For extra guests, the second bedroom has two double beds. And for your evenings, there's a Satellite TV/VCR, a nice stereo with CD and tape players, an assortment of video and audio tapes and CD's, and for those who would rather curl up with a book, there are lots to choose from.

Outside in a gazebo near the house is a full-featured spa for your relaxation and enjoyment!

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, blender, coffee maker, range, fridge and all cooking and dining needs. This home is thoughtfully and tastefully appointed to make it feel like your very own home-in-Paradise.

Located in a quiet, ocean-front, gated community with easy accessibility to Kapoho Bay and the ocean itself, there are several calm lagoons for swimming and snorkeling. Some of the lagoons are even heated by geothermal fresh-water springs! A guide-map at the house will direct you to all the best spots. Champagne Pond is a 10-15 minute scenic walk from the home. BICYCLES AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS TO USE!!

Rental Policy

50% of total is due at time of reservation, balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival, accept checks, money orders, cashiers checks, or Paypal.
Security deposit will be returned in its entirety within 30 days of stay.

Arrival Times

Check in time is after 3:00 PM and check out time is by 11:00 AM.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

$130/night for two, $10/night extra for each additional guest with a maximum of 4, additional 13.42% HI state tax, $90-100 non-refundable cleaning fee & refundable $300 security deposit. 3 night minimum stay. 50% deposit at time of reservation and balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
