Rodney Dunes Pier 12 Apartment A has all the comforts of home. Located within walking distance of all of Dewey Beach and just steps to the beach. Enjoy all the comforts of home in a beautiful apartment.
Apartment has living room, full kitchen, separate dining, Florida room, Master bedroom with queen bed, tv, and 1/2 bath. Second bedroom has two twin beds, third bedroom has two doubles beds.
Enjoy your own deck that opens to the back yard picnic area with barbecue grills, tables, lounges, chairs, and a fire pit. Have full use of our wonderful outdoor showers with hot and cold water.
No roads to cross and conveniently located close for ease of use to and from the beach. Rodney Dunes Pier 12 is very family oriented facility.

Rental Policies

Only those named on the lease are allowed to stay, under age guests must have notarized parental signatures on lease agreement.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Weekly rental only during the summer season (Memorial Day to 2nd week of September.
Damage/hold deposit along with 1/3 rent is required at time of booking.
$100 cleaning fee applies.
Balance to be paid 30 days prior to occupancy.
