lake front house with magnificent views of lake allatoona about one hour north of downtown atlanta and 15 minutes off I-75.the house is fully equipped with full kitchen with dishwasher, all linens, washer and dryer.central heat and air---house is furnished with thomasville furniture and antiques.also has a 6 man hot tub on a private deck adjacent to the master bedroom.

Rental Policies

the months of june, july and august we have a 6 nite minimum (payfor 6 nites and get the 7th free)remainder of year we have a 2 nite minimum.price is 180.00 per nite for the first 4 and 15.00 per person per nite extra, also a 10% ga. sales tax, a 50.00 clean up fee and a 300.00 refundable security deposit.all major credit cards accepted.
