This new waterfront condo is the only one of its kind on Vancouver Island - the condo's residents have access to all the services of the hotel below - including a fitness centre, street-side cafe & deli and a west coast oceanfront restaurant. Anything you need, you pick up the phone and call the concierge desk. In every other way, though, the hotel will be completely separate from the residential condos.
Renters will have private elevators and parking areas, and a gorgeous waterfront view!

The town of Sidney is located on the Saanich Peninsula of Vancouver Island, in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. Victoria city is only a 20 minute drive and both the Victoria International Airport and the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal are only minutes away, as is the world famous Butchards Gardens.

The Pier Condo is located at 9851 Seaport Place, right at the foot of Beacon Avenue, on waterfront property, over looking the beautiful Sidney Channel and the historic Sidney Docks and Fish Market.

Low Season - October 1st to January 31(Christmas excluded) $1200 per week or $4000 per month
Middle Season - February 1st to May 31 $1400 per week
$4500 per month
High Season - June 1 to September 30 and Christmas $1650 per week and $5500

* Rates based on maximum of 4 occupants
Rates do not include 6% GST.
