Our villa is situated within Lindfields, adjacent to US Hwy 192 and a short distance from Hwy 27 & 4 Corners intersection. Lindfields is one of the best known and most sought after private developments, offering quiet, peaceful & privatesurroundings

Villa Accommodation
The villa is large, with high cathedral ceilings and an open plan design which maximises the accommodation available to create a tremendous feeling of space and grandeur. Inside it tastefully decorated and offers genuine "home from home" comfort. Fully air-conditioned and with the generous room proportions throughout, make it ideal for the larger group. On the ground floor are two separate living areas with ample seating and sofas, complete with media centre and massive 52" widescreen Cable TV, multiple cable channels, VCR, DVD, etc. Telephones are also provided. An open plan dining area compliments the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave whilst a separate utility area houses the washer and dryer for any laundry and ironing you may wish to do together with a separate washroom, and internal access to the double garage. All bed linen and towels are included with each rental. The master bedroom suite completes the ground floor, being fully self contained with a Queen sized bed, TV, telephone, alarm, en suite bathroom and a view overlooking the patio and pool. A further 3 ample sized bedrooms, (2 doubles and 1 twin) and second bathroom are on the first floor whilst even the landing is large enough for a den with sofa for yet more relaxation space! All bedrooms and landings are carpeted, whilst ceramic tiling is used throughout the living areas.
Outside
Sliding patio doors from the living room lead out to the screened patio and pool area. Tables, chairs, large sunshade and loungers are all available and the screening helps to ensure the insects and bugs stay out.
The pool itself measures approximately 32 ft x 16 ft with a depth range from 3-6 ft and large steps for ease of entry and exit. Pool heating to maintain a water temperature of approximately 80F degrees is available as an optional extra. Due to the absence of rear neighbours, the privacy available is superb and what better way to spend dusk than here, by the pool, sipping a cold drink.
