We have tried to provide everything for your comfort during your stay including Cable TC, DVD and VCR. The villa has a good kitchen inventory including crockery and glassware. Bed linen and towels. The villa is fully air conditioned. We are much closer to Disney than many of the areas as those on the I-27. Our home allows you to come home mid-day and have a rest and a swim and return refreshed as we are so close to Disney.
We are also only 2 miles from Orange Lake Golf Course.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates $100 to $140 per night depending on season.
A non-refundable fee of $200 is required to secure the booking and balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
A secuity deposit of $200 is required - refundable if no damage is caused to the property.
Pool heat is extra at $120 per week.
Discounts for stays of 3 weeks or more.
For stays of 5 days or less an additional charge of $75 is required.
