There is also a second master w/ a walk in closet, private bath and a queen size bed. The living room has a built in media center and display shelving, dramatic gas fireplace and opens to an oversized patio. The patio looks out from the 15th tee and Palm Desert’s famous mountain views. The unit is fully equipped with laundry, linens, barbeque and patio furniture.

Desert Falls Country Club is a 24-hour guard gated community located across from the Desert Springs Marriott Resort in the heart of Palm Desert. On site premises amenities include; 18 hole semi-private Ron Fream design golf course; 9 lighted tennis courts; 25 pools and spas; magnificent clubhouse with dining facilities, racquetball, fitness center

Rental Policies

Rates may vary depending on the season and the number of guests. All rentals subject to a $100.00 cleaning fee. A deposit of $500 is required to confirm the reservation and is converted to a Security Deposit upon occupancy. A 9% City of Palm Desert “Bed Tax” applies on stays less than 30 days. Payment of rent, tax and cleaning fee is due 60 days prior to rental date.
