Located on a large wooded lot in Monte Rio, three blocks from the Russian River, this beautifully crafted redwood house has been called an artistic masterpiece by many who have visited. Willowhaven is the perfect setting for that luxurious romantic getaway, a honeymoon, or simply an opportunity to recharge one's batteries surrounded by the best that the Russian River has to offer.

In summer, dine on the large outdoor decks or laze in our hammock, or on our plentiful deck furniture. Enjoy late night dips in the outdoor hot tub under a cathedral of redwoods. Take a 5 minute walk to our semi-private beach where you can swim or kayak or bask in the sun. In winter, cozy up in a well insulated and beautifully appointed space and view the rain falling against the many windows that provide light and restful views of the redwoods.

Spring and fall provide opportunities to view the natural beauty of wildflowers or autumn's foliage. Hike at the ocean (15 minutes away), bike ride or horseback ride in Armstrong State Park, golf at Northwood Golf Course (a nine hole public course set amidst the redwoods), shop in Guerneville or wine taste at many of the local wineries. Delicious dining at some of the area's great restaurants is available any season.

Rental Policies

* A two night stay is required on weekends, 3 nights on holiday weekends.
* Changes must be made 14 days in advance of your arrival. Any cancellation made after 14 days are subject to forfeiture of deposit.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Smoking is permitted outside on the dirt yard or on the gravel area.
* Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 p.m.

Rental Rates

$1,050.00 to $1,350.00 per week

Fall/Winter Rates (October 1st - April 30th)

Spring/Summer Rates (May 1st - September 30th)
2 persons*
* $225 per night
* $1350 per week**

* A $75 cleaning fee and 9% room tax will be added to all bookings.
** Pay for 6 nights and the 7th is free.
