Our 2 BR condo with pool is located on the canal on Jolly Roger Road, a five minute walk to Taino Beach and ferry into Port Luva. Taino Beach is fairly secluded and is considered one of the best and most beautiful beaches on Grand Bahama Island.

Property Details

The condo itself is a two story two bedroom en suite unit. Both front and back bedrooms are terraced. The master bedroom has a fantastic view of the canal from the terrace and the grounds are nicely landscaped. NEWLY INTALLED SWIMMING POOL, POOL HOUSE, AND DOCK. Fully equipped kitchen with all dinnerware, flatware, cooking utensils provided as well as a NEW GAS barbeque grill. All linens are also included. We also offer an extensive collection of relaxing reading material to take to the beach.

Just picture yourself spending the morning in Port Lucaya duty free shopping, then a relaxing afternoon at the beach with it's cool breezes or at our pool with a cool drink, followed by a quiet dinner at home or out in Port Lucaya which can be followed by some gaming at the Isle of Capri Casino.

It's a unique condo, close to a beautiful beach away from the hussle bussle of Port Lucaya yet close enough to all that Grand Bahama Island has to offer.

$300 refundable security deposit required to reserve condo.

Rental Rates

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

In Season is October through April $250 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT BOOKING
Off Season is May through September $250 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT BOOKING
In season: $150 per night or $1050 per week plus a one-time $75 cleaning fee
Off season: $150 per night or $1050 per week plus a one time $100 cleaning fee
Rates for holiday dates may differ from the above.
A minimum 3 night stay is required by the tenants.
Rental fee is nonrefundable if tenants cancel 3 weeks prior to arrival.
We are also willing to consider rental swaps.
