WE ARE APPROX 30 YDS FROM THE TOP OF THE BALLHOOTER LIFT. GO RIGHT OUT THE BACK DOOR OF MOUNTAIN LODGE AND SKI DOWN THE MOUNTAIN. NO PACKING UP THE CAR, SEARCHING FOR PARKING AND LUGGING YOUR EQUIPMENT AROUND. MOUNTAIN LODGE IS ADJACENT TO THE NEW SHOWSHOE VILLAGE.

Mountain Lodge Condos have private parking for guests. Once you arrive, you don't have to get back in your car until it's time to leave. 100 yd walk to village shops, restaurants and the Split Rock Pool.

Rental Policies

Rental Procedures

To reserve one of our condos the please follow these simple steps:


Call or email to request the specific date and unit you wish to reserve.

We will email (word doc) or postal mail a rental agreement. (see sample)

Complete the guest info section and mail it to us with a $200 refundable security
deposit. The deposit IS NOT applied to the rental amount. Agreements and deposits
are due within 7 days of making your reservation. Due to the demand for these
condos we cannot "hold" a date.

Once we receive the agreement and deposit, we will email a confirmation.

The rental amount is due 30 days prior to arrival. Special arrangements can be made
for last minute reservations via credit cards.

Once we receive the rental amount in full, keys and further instructions will be mailed
to your address.

Upon your departure, please follow the instructions on the rental agreement and
simply mail the keys back to us.

After the keys arrive back, we will return the security deposit in full assuming there is
no damage or missing items.


Please view the rental agreement in the spirit in which it is intended. We believe a well
informed guest will be pleased that there are no "surprises".
