in effort to keep my rates low (I have not increased rates in 5 yrs..., I ask guest to leave home in "as-was" condition. linens in wash/dryer, dishes in dishwasher, garbage out...

check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

reservation deposit of 25% due with rental agreement, is non-refundable. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit will be by a major credit card to be "kept on file" - not charged...
