Guadalupe River Houses offers unique & comfortable resort lodging in each of our 7 houses. Wunder cove mini-resort sleeps 21 in 3 water front houses.Stadt Platz sleeps 20 in N.B.Historic Dist. walk 2 blocks to Schlitterbahn,Comal River, restaurants.

Property Details

Wunder-Cove: A mini resort located on a quiet cove
with water frontage on the Gualupe River / Lake Dunlap. In 2005 we remodeled 3 vintage houses that are
situated side by side and have common access to the
water front including boat docks and a hot-tub patio.
Angler Haus is a 2/1 that sleeps 8. Bass Haus is a 2/1
that sleeps 6 and Sunfish is a 2/1 that sleeps 7.

Stadt Platz: Historic House & Cottage located in the heart of the New Braunels Historic Dist. Stadt Haus
a 2/1 late 1890s house recently restored, sleeps 8.
Located on same lot behind Stadt Haus is Spiel Haus,
a 2/1 cottage reconstructed from a vintage Falkwerk farm house sleeps 6. We also have our Bunk Haus,sleeps 6, but it is only rented in conjunction with either Stadt or Spiel Haus. Walk everywhere, we are only 1-3 blocks from most attractions in New Braunfels. Only 2 blocks to the beautiful Comal River & tube chute, 3 blocks to the gates of Schlitterbahn. Walk out our back gate and enjoy fresh pasteries from Naeglin's backery or the Cross Walk Cafe. There are execelent restaurants, shops & bars within 1-3 blocks of Stadt Platz. We are only 2 blocks from the New Braunfels Civic Center and 5 to the McKenna Events Center.

Kuehler Cottage is a stand alone water front cottage
1/1 that sleeps 6. If offers a beautiful water front
yard on Lake Dunlap, with huge pecan and oak trees.
There are two stone patios complete with outdoor furniture, hot-tub, BBQ pit and mooring for your ski
or fishing boat. Rent River View Haus with Kuehler and sleep up to 14, only 3 blocks apart.

Rental Policies

Must pay min.of one nights rent or more depending on length of stay to secure a reservation.
