This spacious and well-looked-after apartment is situated in the centre of Caracas. The flat belongs to a private owner.

The flat is ideal for two to four people and consists of a large living room, two bedrooms (a large double bed and two normal single beds), an Ameican-style kitchen and bathroom with toilet/shower. It is tastefully furnished, includes a colour TV and also there is enough bed linen and towels available.

The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, a mixer, sufficient crockery, cutlery and glasses as well as pots, pans and tea towels. There is a frequent bus and metro connection to the city centre.

The cost of living is much cheaper than in Europe, which is why it is possible to have a very pleasant, low-cost stay (it's truly paradise...) There is a shopping centre nearby, which includes food shopping, post office services, cleaning and laundry, restaurants etc.

Die geräumige, gepflegte Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Zentrums von Caracas. Das Appartement befindet sich in privatem Besitz.

Die Wohnung ist geeignet für 2-4 Personen und besteht aus einem grossen Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer (ein grosses Doppelbett und zwei einzelne normale Betten, amerikanischer Küche und Badezimmer mit WC/Dusche. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, haben Farb-TV, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Zur Küchenausstattung gehören neben Herd, Mixer sowie ausreichend Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck, ausserdem Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirrtücher.
Zum Zentrum besteht eine regelmässige Bus + Metro Verbindung.

Die Lebensunterhaltskosten sind erheblich billiger als in Europa, daher ist ein sehr schöner und billiger Aufenthalt möglich (ein wahrhaftes Paradies). Einkaufszenter für Lebensmittel, Poststelle, Reinigungen, Restaurants etc. sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
