Poipu Beach is known for the best weather on the island of Kauai. Waikomo Stream Villas is a small 60 unit paradise garden resort in the middle of Poipu and right down the street from Poipu Beach rated Best Beach for 2003 by the Travel Channel.

Property Details

Villa 202 is a one bedroom, one bathroom spacious ground floor unit with 1000 square feet. There is both a private front lanai and private back lanai for you to enjoy the lush gardens and fresh island ginger flowers and banana trees. There is a queen size bed, as well as two pull out sofas. This unit can sleep four adults and two small children comfortably. The dining table accommodates a family of six. The condo includes a Playstation2 (so bring your games and memory cards!) for your children, a DVD player, VCR, CD/cassette player, one TV in the living room, one TV in the bedroom, washer and dryer in unit, private phone with free local calls and ceiling fans to keep you cool. The bedroom and the living room have sliding glass doors to the back lanai and there are many windows for the tropical breezes to flow through the unit to keep you cool.

Rental Policies

* $95 per night for 2-6 people (7 night minimum)
* $100 per night for 2-6 people (less than 7 nights)
* $130 per night 12/20-1/5 (7 night minimum)
* $2300 for 1 month's lodging (maid service can be arranged for extended stays).
* $85 cleaning fee upon check-out (no daily maid service).
* $200 refundable security deposit (less $50 processing fee)
* Maximum occupancy 6 people (4 adults + 2 small children)

Rates do not include 11.42% Hawaii State Tax (4.17% general excise tax + 7.25% transient accommodations tax).
