My home is a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath home across from a lake and backed by the forest. Just minutes away from a quiet village with shopping, health center, medical facilities, laundry.

My vacation home is the entire 1,000 square foot 2nd floor upper unit and comprises a master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and a 10 x 40 foot deck facing the lake. Our home is nonsmoking.

The kitchen is fully furnished and ready for cooking and entertaining. It includes all dishes and utensils for preparing meals or banquets. It includes a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, stove and refrigerator and views of Lakemont Pines lake across the street.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, cable TV, VCR/DVD, ceiling fan, and views of the Stanislaus National Forest.

The second bedroom has a loft bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top, TV, VCR, DVD, ceiling fan and views of the Stanislaus National Forest.

The bathroom is a tub with a shower and high views of the forest.

The living room has three recliners and a queen size hide-a-bed. It also includes cable TV, VCR/DVD, stereo/CD, books, boom box, ceiling fan, games and magazines. The electric fireplace is ready for ambiance. The home is heated and cooled by forced air and the windows show Lakemont Pines lake across the street.

Lakemont Pines lake is across the street from our home. It offers sandy beaches, paddle boat rentals, playground, snack bar, fishing, swimming and non motorized boating lake with a lifeguard on duty in summer months. The use of the lake is maintained by membership tags and is available for your use.

Beautiful Bear Valley is 20 minutes away with additional hiking, mountain biking, snow mobiles, downhill skiing, ice skating and cross country skiing.

Rental Policy

Refundable deposits returned within 30 days after check out crew and keys returned. Rental is to be left as clean as when rented

Arrival Times

Check in is 3pm, check out is 11.00 am.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

People Deposit is $175.00, refundable
Pet Deposit is $50.00, refundable
2 night minimum, holidays 3 night min
Friday, Saturday or Sunday night, 2 night minimum, $125 per night plus fees,
Monday - Thursday nights $100 per night plus fees
Holiday are 3 night minimum + 10%
Pets are $10 per day
Fees for taxes, utilities and sanitizing $75
Each additional night is $100.00
