The master bedroom has a king size four-poster bed and full size bath. The second bedroom has two twins, and additional sleeping is available on the sleeper sofa in the den. A large deck overlooks the natural surroundings. This home has air conditioning to cool down on hot summer days. Guests can enjoy seasonal on-site amenities including 27 hole private championship golf course, professionally staffed tennis and golf pro shops, tennis courts, large heated outdoor pool, complete clubhouse, superb dining, and miles of cross country ski trails. Downtown Harbor Springs is only minutes away for shopping, water sports, public beaches and dining. Downhill ski slopes Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob are close by.

Rental Policies

50% of rent and tax plus booking fee is due at time of reservation, the balance is due thirty days prior to check-in. Ask about our cancellation policy, or view it on our website: www.holidayvacationrental.com. Security deposits are refunded with in 30 days of check-out, providing there are no damages to the home.

Rental Rates

$850.00 to $1,500.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates do not include tax or additional fees. Until reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Summer: $1500 weekly, requires a 7 night minimum stay. Spring and Fall: $850 weekly, $212.50 per night, 2 night minimum. Winter: $1150 per week, $337.50 nightly, 2 night minimum. Christmas/New Year s holiday requires 3 night minimum stay, $495 per night. Call for information on other availability periods. Every reservation is subject to a booking fee of $40.00 plus a $150.00 cleaning fee. A refundable security deposit of $250 is also required.
