Dine-out at one of our recommended restaurants and enjoy the flavor of local cuisine. Guest concierge services can meet individual needs. Available guest supplies include coffee, soaps and paper products Many rentals have guest access to pools, tennis, golf and private clubhouses. We offer some pet friendly homes (a $150 pet fee is aded per pet). Guests can select a vacation home that meets their personal style and budget--luxury to value priced. Rental Policies

50% of rent and tax is due at time of reservation, the balance is due thirty days prior to check-in. Ask about our cancellation policy, or view it on our website. Security deposits are refunded with in 30 days of check-out, providing there are no damages to the home.

Rental Rates

$500.00 to $3,000.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates differ season to season. In addition to weekly rent, all rents are subject to a booking fee of $40, a cleaning fee ($100-300), and a refundable security deposit ($250-1000).
