Rental Policies

Weekly, with two week reservation advance for Extended-Stay. Pet-fee $125 one-time sp[ecial cleaning. All Util, wireless, cable, etc. included.

We are weekly Cottage-Villas for as long as you need. Sometimes we have a weekend available at the last minute. We are Children & Pet Friendly - Pets need a $125. pet-fee for special cleaning.
