Rental Policy

$200 Security deposit required for each week reserved.

One week is minumum. Rental weeks run Saturday to Saturday. In September only, a 5 nt minimum within Sat-Sat is possible at prorated rate

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund of deposit up until 90 days prior to arrival date.
Full refund of rent & tax up until 45 days prior to rental date for winter. 30 days for summer/fall.
