Sleeping arrangements:
1st floor has queen in guest bedroom,
bunk bed (full size on bottom and twin on
top) in other guest.
2nd floor has king in guest, bunk bed(full size on bottom and twin on top) in other guest, king in master, 2 single roll aways to place wherever you like.
In-laws quarters has king in master, queen sleep sofa in living room.
$175 extra for heated pool.

Peak Summer ...... May 19-Aug 18 .. $4100/week.
Summer Discount .. Aug 18-Sep 22 .. $2375/week.
Fall & Winter .... Sep 22-Feb 24 .. $1800/week.
Rates reflect 12 people or less.$100 more per person after 12 up to 18. Half rent
required to secure home. 11% FL Tax/ $600 damage deposit(refunded two days after
checkout if home is left in the order it was found). Heated pool $175 extra
