Attractive, lush property is ideal for a complete private getaway in the warm South Florida sun. A six foot fence surrounds the grounds. There are three bedrooms. The house also has a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Sleeps 6-8. Fully air conditioned with the added luxury of ceiling fans in most rooms.

At the rear of the property is the relaxing pool area. The pool is heated for your comfort year round. People have spent hours gazing at the sheer descent, sparkling waterfall, the Mango tree, and the swaying palms. In addition to the lounging chairs and a Bbq grill, there is a table with an umbrella for outdoor dining. The kitchen inside is fully stocked to include a blender, shaker, and martini glasses for your favorite summertime drinks.

At the front of the property is a courtyard with a trickling fountain where guests have spent hours quietly savoring their preferred morning coffee and newspaper or reading a long awaited novel.

Property is licensed by the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants which means that the property is in full compliance with state safety standards for short term rentals. These include smoke detectors and pool alarms on all doors and windows leading to the pool area.

The owners/operators live nearby and are available twenty four hours a day in case of emergencies. The home is maintained on a regular basis with cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and pool services. Flawless attention to detail is our goal. Consistent, unobtrusive service is our style. Rental Policies

General Policies
There is no lifeguard. Swimming is at your own risk. For everybody’s health, there is no smoking in the house. Any major damage or loss (other than normal wear and tear) will be charged to the original credit card used at deposit.

Groups
This home is a single-family dwelling in a wonderful, QUIET, safe, residential neighborhood. It is designed to accommodate a maximum of eight (8) people, including children. With respect for our neighbors, Ft. Lauderdale Vacation House is NOT available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. It is intended for mature adults and families. Larger gatherings of guests visiting the tenants must be pre-approved in writing by the owners. We do not rent to 18 year olds, college groups, or bachelor parties.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum 30-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund of a deposit. A 90-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund for extended stays of a month or more. There is always a $25 credit card processing fee, no matter when the cancellation is declared. If the same party makes another reservation within sixty days of their cancellation, their forfeited deposit will be applied to the new reservation. There are no refunds for early departures and no-shows.

Pet Friendly
There is a $95 refundable deposit per pet. Proof of current license and vaccinations is required prior to arrival. Guests will be responsible to pay additional costs after check-out if there is major damage caused by their pet(s).

Arrival Times

Check-in and check-out times are flexible according to your arrival times, provided other guests are not departing or arriving on your dates. If others are arriving or departing on your dates, then check-in is 3 p.m. & check-out is 11 a.m.

Deposits
