This lakeside cottage located on Upper Island Lake is fully equipped like a home. The downstairs Master Bedroom(queen bed) has french doors leading to the sunroom / breakfast nook and front deck (with large propane BBQ), and a view of Lower Island Lake. Spacious Open concept Living room / Dining room / Kitchen with hardwood floors, are fully equipped. A large Full Washroom and Laundry Facilities allow for your comfort and convenience. The grounds have more than ample "play area" for children. The Bonfire pit, close by the waterfront, The step - down swimming area has a sandy bottom for full enjoyment of this clean spring fed Lake. Family fishing is good from the boat or shoreline and Wintertime Ice-Fishing is popular. This property is also Wheel Chair accessible.
