ceiling fan (throughout the house); this arrangement is cozy enough for a Romantic getaway; or, a family vacation.
**2 bedrooms~first floor. one has queen bed; one has 2 twins and a pop-up trundle.~ceiling fans in both

** Large Great Room with games and floor to ceiling hand cut stone

*Our very large kitchen accomodates an experienced cook or anyone else. Complete with coffe pot, microwave,all major appliances, including a dishwasher, pot and pans, cutlery, etc

*Dining Area is set up for cozy dinners, but easily accomodates large
groups.; there are 18 chairs
*Two Full Baths; one is oversized
*Hot Tub, oversized picnic table, and charcoal grill on the back deck; furniture on front deck

Rental Policies

CONFIRM THE DATES
E-mail us..just respond to this e-mail.
We reserve the house when we receive payment. 1/3 of the rent, confirms
the house. balance is due 30 days in advance. If you are closer than 30 days to check in
the full amount is due right away; send a check or, Credit~~we use
Paypal, so we can accomodate last minute getaways!!.
We reserve the house when we receive payment!
The deposit is non-refundable 30 days from check-in. The balance is non
refundable upon receipt. *If you do cancel, and we re-rent for the same amount, you get ALL your money back. We do not penalize people if we can re-rent.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
$300 security deposit also due with the payment (separate payment).
ON CREDIT CARDS, we add it to your account, just prior to check-in, and
return it 7-10 days. We will credit your card after you leave!! We
recommend PAYPAL for the SD, because we can cut down the time we have
the money by eliminating the USPS and check procedures.

CHECK IN-OUT TIMES. check in after 3pm, Check out would be by 10:30am, Many people come to the area earlier than check in, and leave later. Our housekeeping crew
needs the time. Though, You may even run into them. I have asked them
NOT to take shortcuts, just to beat a deadline. If you do, rest assured
they will finish quickly!

WE DO HAVE A NO SMOKING, NO PETS POLICY, and we thank you on behalf of
our Staff and Guests for adhering to them!!

FREQUENT GUEST DISCOUNT
based on our Housekeeper's and Maintenance recommendation, We will ask our best Guests to come back. After our Housekeeper clears the house, Usually 7-10 days after you
leave, you become eligible for FREQUENT GUEST DISCOUNT on future rentals... and in most cases will be able to offer you a discount for taking such good care of our home.

We price our home by season, so you get the best price depending on when you want to come to our home. Check owner's website~arrow down to bottom, and link on "RATES". or e-mail us and we will price your specific time!!
We have 2 night specials, and 4th night free in selected times. All number of nights are considered to accomodate you vacation
Deposits are non-refundable 30 dys before check in...they are 100% refundable,, if we can re-rent the house. Our track record has been: we have never had to keep a deposit!!
