This lovely semi-oceanfront home is located in the spectacular community of Four Seasons in Duck.
You can not beat the amenities in Four Seasons! The club house, open year round, has a fitness center, game room and a fantastic indoor pool. You will also enjoy the tennis and basketball courts and the outdoor pool with a kids play area.

There is nothing more relaxing than enjoying the sunset at the soundside pier. A trolley runs throughout the community and into the lovely village of Duck for that midweek shopping spree.

Ground Level: Family room with cable TV/VCR and full refrigerator; bedroom with two bunk beds; Queen bedroom; two full baths.

Middle Level: Four Master bedrooms; one with King-size, two with Queen-size beds, one with two twins. All bedrooms have doors to decks. Laundry room with extra large washer and dryer.

Upper Level: Great room with gas fireplace, well equipped kitchen with two dishwashers, large dining table and separate bar seating; King Master bedroom and Queen Master Bedroom. Bedrooms have doors to upper decks.

Bonus: Captain's Watch to enjoy the ocean views or relax playing cards or games.
