The Master Bedroom suite has oceanfront view as well.All linens are provided.
The kitchen is complete and view oriented.
A private oceanside pool with Hot Tub and BBQ area are part of this serene complex.
Banyan Tree condos offer a security elevator and an assigned covered parking space. There are no steps to climb. It is close to many lovely beaches, near shopping, dining , tennis, golf and activities.
You may enjoy many lovely beaches along Alii Drive where you can swim, snorkel or surf in the warm and clear Pacific Ocean. There are shops, Farmer’s Market, Theaters, great Restaurants, Golf and Tennis and may activities near by.
Marianna is proud to own this special condo. She has lived on this Island for the past 12 years, where she and her husband Reiner own and operate Rainbow Plantation Bed&Breakfast in Captain Cook.

Rental Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A reservation deposit of $400.00 minimum (depending on the length of your stay)is due with the reservation .The balance will be due 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
We accept personal checks, money orders. bank transfers Visa, Master Card and Discover Card.
There is a 3 % booking fee with credit card payments on the remaining balance, but not on the initial deposit.

Cancellation must be received 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund minus 75.00 cancellation fee.
