GOLFER'S PARADISE is our luxury 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa. It has a beautiful 26' pool and extended deck overlooking a fairway at the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. Relax, go to the theme parks or play golf - the choice is yours!

Property Details

Our fully air conditioned spacious 'GOLFER'S PARADISE' villa sleeps up to 10. It is tastefully decorated and well appointed. There are vaulted ceilings which give a light and airy feel to the house.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice maker and all the crockery and cooking utensils you will need.

The LOUNGE has a sofa, a sofa bed, tables, 32" cable TV, Playstation 2 and a selection of games, CD player, radio/cassette, video player, DVD player and a selection of DVD's, and 2 DINING AREAS. There are patio doors to the swimming pool.

The MASTER BEDROOM has a king size bed, cable TV, dressing table, walk in closet and patio doors to the pool area. It has an ENSUITE SHOWER ROOM with extra large shower, WC and vanity unit. The ensuite shower room has a door to the pool area so it can be used for changing and showering after swimming.

BEDROOM 2 has a queen size bed, cable TV and large built in closet. The furniture is new for 2007.

BEDROOM 3 is themed as a Winnie the Pooh bedroom. It has twin beds, a Winnie the Pooh cable TV and DVD player, and large built in closet.

BEDROOM 4 has twin beds and large built in closet.

The BATHROOM has a bath with shower, toilet and vanity unit.

Our 26' sunny PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL (with optional heating) is reached by patio doors from either the lounge or master bedroom. It is screened to keep the insects out but allows the sun in. The view down the 17th fairway is wonderful. There is an extended pool deck so you can enjoy the sun all day, poolside furniture (with padded cushions) for relaxing, and pool and patio lights for evening swimming. There is a lanai area under cover if you prefer the shade. A BBQ is provided.

Towels, linen, pool towels and hairdryers are provided.

The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

In the double garage there is a Table Tennis Table, a Foosball Table and Air Hockey.

There are 3 mountain bikes, 2 tennis racquets, a BBQ, a high chair, a travel crib and a stroller for use, free of charge.

The phone has unlimited free local, national and international calls (excluding calls to cell phones)

No Smoking and No Pets

Our management company is available 24 hours a day for emergencies.

It is a wonderful location for the perfect vacation.

Located on a fantastic Championship Golf Course, with complimentary use of their leisure facilities including Tennis Courts, Communal Pools, Clubhouse and Bar. Within 2 minutes there is a 24 hour Wal-Mart superstore, shops, restaurants, fast food outlets, fuel, pharmacy, Blockbuster video and banks.

Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club is an ideal location for golfing holidays or for non-golfers to visit Disney and the other major attractions of Florida. Disney World is just 20 minutes away by car. The Gulf coast beaches are within easy reach.

GOLF INFORMATION - Situated just off Highway 27, Southern Dunes golf course was opened in 1993 and is rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest. It is listed in the 'Top 100 Modern Golf Courses to play in America' (at 51st) by Golf Week magazine, is in the 'Top 10 Golf Courses Built in the Last 10 years' by Links magazine and is ranked Number 7 in Florida by Golf Week. The course offers players of all abilities the chance to play one of the most challenging and beautiful courses in Central Florida. It is over 7200 yards long and has become a favorite with both local and visiting golfers. There are five sets of tees to accommodate golfers of varying abilities. It features an elevation change of 100 feet, which is unusual for a Florida golf course, and it is beautifully maintained. There is a pro golf shop and impressive clubhouse and bar. On-course beverages and snacks are available throughout the day from the traveling beverage cart. There are also a great many other top golf courses within a 20 minute drive of Southern Dunes.

Rental Rates

$855.00 to $1,150.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Rates include all taxes, utilities and the final cleaning fee.
Changeover day is flexible.
For stays of under 7 nights please add a cleaning fee of £33 / $60
Pool heating is available by pre-booking at a cost of £90 / $160 per week (minimum charge £55 / $100)
A deposit of £100 / $165 per week is required on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival day. We will hold dates for 7 days pending confirmation of travel arrangements and the deposit cheque.
A security deposit (either £200 / $350 or a credit card swipe) is required with the balance payment.
