Seacroft Villa is located in the upscale resort of February Point. It is an ideal getaway to escape from the stresses of modern living and is located just half a mile from George Town, Great Exuma in the fabulous Bahamas. The luxury, two storey beachfront villa is very large, fully equipped and furnished to the highest standards and is suitable for a family or groups of up to 5. The property has breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding cays and virgin beaches. Guests can relax and enjoy the panoramic views both inside and on the wrap around balconies, which is one of the many features of the property. The main living area is spacious and has a tray ceiling which accentuates the space. It is fully equipped with full kitchen, telephones ceiling fans, washer, dryer, air conditioning throughout, satellite TV and high speed internet access. The beautiful turquoise ocean water of which Exuma is fabled, is just feet from the door, along with a freshwater shared pool.
The villa has two en suite bedrooms, with queen size beds that will accommodate 4 adults comfortably, but a fold away bed may also be made available by arrangement. You can do as little or as much as you want at Seacroft Villa, Great Exuma, Bahamas. The island is very safe and has no shopping malls, pollution or stress! It does have everything else necessary to relax and unwind, or for those with more active interests, play golf, windsurf, snorkel, diver or explore the many surrounding Cays and virgin beaches. Guests can also benefit from all the facilities of the resort, including tennis courts, fitness centre, marina and docking facilities.

Eating out in Great Exuma, Bahamas is informal and the food is simple but well cooked. The Chat and Chill on Stocking Island is a must for island food and drink, but be careful, the Rum Punches are very potent!!
The Peace and Plenty is also very good along with the Two Turtles in George Town. The recently opened Four Seasons Hotel at Emerald Bay offers excellent fare too. Rental Rates

$3,850.00 to $5,600.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

1st March 2007 to 31st August 2007- $4550 per week
1st September 2007 to 31st October 2007 - $3850 per week
Peak (Spring Break, Easter,Regatta, Christmas and New Year) - Please contact owner for rates.

Minimum Rental. There is a 4 night minimum rental period. Discounts apply to bookings of more than 7 nights duration.

Booking and Security Deposit - A booking and security deposit of 25% is required within 14 days to confirm your booking with the balance due 30 days before scheduled arrival.

Cancellation and Refunds - The rental balance may be made by US$ check or US bank transfer. Major credit cards are also accepted. The deposit (less a $50 administration fee) is refundable if cancellation is made at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. No refund is given if cancellation is made within 8 weeks of scheduled arrival.

Housekeeping Services - These are provided to guests on a weekly basis and include cleaning and linen change. Additional services are available to your requirements and are subject to an additional charge paid locally.

Occupancy - The property will sleep 4 adults comfortably. An additional temporary bed and a babies crib/cot can be made available if required. The maximum occupancy is five persons + baby.
