The historic towns of Vannes and Auray on the Gulf of Morbihan are around 25 kilometers away, and the house is well located for exploring the Morbihan coast including the Quiberon peninsular and the resorts of Carnac and La Trinite. The inland region from Pontivy to Josselin and Rochefort-en-Terre, and the lovely Blavet River Valley and Lake Guerledan are also nearby.
The house sleeps up to 8 in 2 large double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, and a cot is provided. The large master bedroom has a superb high vaulted beam ceiling and benefits from new fitted carpets.

There is a superb large kitchen/diner with French windows opening onto a spacious decking terrace equipped with table and chairs, looking out over uninterrupted country views.

Cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine are all provided for your convenience.

The large lounge is comfortably furnished to a high standard and has a log burning fire in a stone feature fireplace. A CD music system and Colour TV with DVD are included.

There is a luxury bathroom with corner bath/shower, twin hand basins and WC, a separate shower room and separate WC.

To enjoy the large gardens and take advantage of the beautiful views there is a terrace at the front of the house.

There is plenty of space for off-road parking.

This property is ideal for out of season breaks too as it is fully centrally heated and provides a drying room should it chance to rain!

A Deposit of 25% is required on reserving the property and is non-refundable.
