Spectacular, rare, three-bedroom, three-bath, "Pool Villa" available WEEK 30 (7/27/08 to 8/3/08) and 31 (8/3/08 to 8/10/08) 2008, Sunday-to-Sunday. Incredible 2850-square-foot, two-level Villa!

It has its very own private spacious courtyard, private pool with waterfall, private barbecue area, and private bar serving inside and outside pool service! Fully furnished and totally equipped interior features three bedrooms, with three of Westin's signature king-sized "Heavenly Beds," three bathrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen with all appliances (call or e-mail ahead and they will stock your kitchen groceries), a huge laundry room with washer and dryer, big TVs in every bedroom, and a TV/VCR/CD/DVD in the living room as well.

Sleeps up to ten people (using the queen-size sleep sofa and two rollaways). There is also in-villa broadband internet access. After a perfect day, take a Jacuzzi bath, then have a private, pool-side family barbecue dinner! Leave your French Doors open, and fall asleep to the soothing sounds of your own pool waterfall!

Of course, in addition to your own self-contained private oasis, you also have full unrestricted access to every amenity offered at the adjoining Westin St. John! The world-class resort features a sugar-white beachfront location on Great Cruz Bay, one of the Caribbean's largest pools, two large jacuzzi hot tubs, fine and casual dining, a fabulous spa and gym, a kids club, and teen club with video arcade games and a flat screen TV, perfectly manicured lawns, and one of the most enviable resort locations anywhere!

The on-site Watersports Team offers scuba, sailing, private yacht and boat rentals, snorkeling trips, and every imaginable tour. On the beach, there is also the use of the non-motorized water toys. There is also a fantastic on-site deli, pizzeria, and shopping (outstanding jewelry store). St. John is by far the prettiest and most pristine of the US Virgin Islands. Thanks to Laurence Rockefeller, approximately two-thirds of the island was deeded to the US Park Service as National Park area... that means NO overcrowding, NO high-rises, and simply NO development over most of the island. With dozens and dozens of spectacular, crescent-shaped beaches and nooks and crannies around the entire island, you will always find a deserted beach all to yourself!

As an added plus...there's also oodles of other islands (both US and British Virgins) just a few minutes away you can visit by sail or speed boat. Truly, this protected little gem of an island is without a doubt one of the most picturesque places our family has ever been to...and we have been to Hawaii, Fiji, Tahiti, the Greek Islands, Africa, Japan, China, much of the Orient, most of the Caribbean, Mexico, Brazil and elsewhere.

And... the Westin St. John is surprisingly easy to get to. After your arrival in St. Thomas, the Westin St. John check-in desk is right at baggage pick up. Check in, and hop on their little bus. They drive you to a nearby Marina, you board their Westin Breeze (private ferry), and after a short 30 minute boat ride across the Sir Francis Drake Channel to St. John, they drop you off right at the Westin Dock. They hand you a cold rum swizzle or fruit punch drink, and golf cart you right to your Villa! Your baggage arrives minutes later!

If you need anything at all once you've unpacked...just call "Service Express" on the phone and they'll take care of your needs instantly! Additionally, the Villa includes mid-week Maid Service, and mid-week Pool Service. Don't feel like doing laundry? A simple daily call to Service Express provides you with fresh towels and clean linens everyday!

By the way....our Pool Villa is usually the only 3BR unit available in July/August Holiday Season, as THIS RESORT IS USUALLY SOLD OUT FOR THESE WEEKS EVERY YEAR! Even if a 3BR Pool Villa were available through the Westin's Front Desk...this exact same Villa rents out at over $19,000 per week for these same time period 2008...plus taxes and resort fees - that is - IF there was availability (the Westin's 3BR Pool Villas are extremely popular with their owners, and are rarely available as rental units). Call their front desk and ask them if any 3BR Pool Villas are available for rent...you'll see!
