This charming Cape Cod home available for rental all year round is near the National Seashore, wonderful bike trails for which Cape Cod is famous, easily accessible both to Provincetown and historic Boston, accessible to deep sea fishing, surfing, sailing, water skiing, golf (the Cape has many lovely golf courses), fresh water lakes, whale watching, etc. Weekly band concerts in town are a favorite as well. Rental Policies

50% deposit required, plus $200. security deposit and $100. cleaning deposit, both fully refundable if house is left clean and there is no damage. Cancellation policy: Deposit returned minus cost of rerental if house can be rerented for rental period. No refund for early departure. No pets. No smoking.
