Rental Policy
50% deposit required, plus $200. security deposit and $100. cleaning deposit, both fully refundable if house is left clean and there is no damage.
Cancellation policy: Deposit returned minus cost of rerental if house can be rerented for rental period. No refund for early departure. Pets allowed with pet depsoit. No smoking.
