Exquisite tiles and craftsmanship abound in this custom built three bedroom, three bath home with attached guesthouse.

Fashionably furnished with upscale appointments, this luxurious two-level villa has magnificent ocean views and the perfect location. The entrance opens to the elegant living and dining area, flanked by an open plan gourmet kitchen enhanced with a 15 ft. High ceilings. The kitchen is detailed with custom mahogany cabinetry and blue and white talavera tiling, the hall and living area walls are dotted with interesting original art. The French doors open out to the oceanside swimming pool sun deck and covered terrace, the ocean vistas go on forever from there.

Built on two levels, with living room, dining area with formal dining table for ten, fully equipped kitchen, guest bedroom with king bed and full guest bath on the lower level. Air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, cable television.
