This classic Sheridan Beach property at 625 Lake Shore Drive sits on one of the highest dune sites in the beach area called “Tower Hill”, offering incredible Lake Michigan views from every room in the house.

Property Details

The Tower Hill property features 3 full bedrooms and baths–two queen beds and two twins, plus a fold-out couch in the seasonal room for extra sleeping arrangements. There’s a fireplace in the cozy pine-paneled living room and central air. There are also four outdoor porch areas from which to enjoy the summer weather--three with lake views and one for barbecuing, as well as two, 2-car garages.

There’s a long private drive from the back side of the dune for convenient access. Or, the property can be accessed from our Lake Shore Drive stairway, which is what you also take down to the public (Sheridan) beach. Comes with cable TV & broadband access.

Rental Policies

20% deposit required.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

$2,800/wk for peak season, June 15 - August 18. $2,600/wk for early June and late August. $1,200 for open peak season weekends. $750 for off-season weekends.
