Villa Zanzibar is located at the southern end of La Ropa Beach. Just minutes from Gaviota Restaurant, Taxis, Buses and Public Telephones. Las Gatas is a 15 min. walk away with some of the best snorkeling around. A beautiful beach, perfect for children because it is protected by a reef. There is also a right break for surf enthusiast!
As far as the distance to the beach. Out the front gate down 15 stair steps to the sidewalk (20 yards long) to the left and down 60 stair steps to a private driveway, approx. 50 yards to the beach. That is the south end of Playa La Ropa. The house has excellent views and yes you can hear the surf. From the house to the beach if you drew a straight line it would be about 75 yards from the ocean.
Rental Policy
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
The payment (less 10% processing fee) will be refunded if the cancellation occurs 60 days prior arrival.
Refunds can be made on cancellations received after the 60 day cut-off if the house is re-rented or can be used on a future date.
Arrival Times
OUR CHECK-IN POLICY You may check into Villa Zanzibar at 2:00 p.m. If there are no Clients checking out the day you arrive, you may make arrangements to check in earlier. OUR CHECK-OUT POLICY Check out time at Villa Zanzibar is 12:00 noon. If there are no clients coming in the day you check out, you may make arrangements for a later check-out time.
Additional Rate and Deposit Information
To confirm a reservation I will need a 40% deposit check made out to me, Lois Keeth, sent to my sisters address in the states:

Please let me know when you send your deposit so I will be expecting it. The balance of your bill can be paid when you arrive by Travelers check or cash in dollars. Sorry we can not except personal checks or credit cards.
Our rates are as follows:
January 6th to April 30th is $250.00 for two people and $25.00 for each additional person (up to six people) a night.
Christmas, December 18th to January 5th is $400.00 a night, up to 6 people.
May 1st to December 17th is $150.00 for two and $25.00 for each additional person (up to six people) a night.
