Our modern, clean studios to 2 bedroom units are reasonabely priced and can accommodate 2 to 4 guests. They are part of residential homes in an upscale residential neighborhood, completely private, with private entrances, some located right on beautiful Kailua Beach with breath taking views of the sandy beach and Ocean, others just steps away from the beach.
The units are nicely furnished, have kitchenettes or full kitchen, TV, VCR, DVD player, telephone, beach accessories, BBQ. They are sorrounded by tropical gardens and are within walking distance to shoppingand and modern restaurants.
Our prices range from $115.00 per night to $195.00 per night plus 11.75% Tax. No cleaning fee.

Rental Policies

All prices quoted are net. A 11.75 State and room tax will be added. To reserve one of our units we require a deposit of $200.0, with full payment due on arrival in check, cash or credit card. We require a 7 night minimum booking. Some exceptions apply. $20.00 per additional person per night. Discounts on bookings over 30 nights.
We do not charge a cleaning fee but if the unit is returned in unreasonably dirty conditions or damage is done to it we reserve the right to deduct from your credit card account the amount of $45.00 to cover the cleaning and damage
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 30 days or longer before your arrival date, we will refund the full deposit. If less then 30 days, we will only refund the deposit if we can re-rent the accommodation. If canceled within the week of arrival or "no-shows" will be charged the entire amount due.

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Our rates start at $ 115.00 per night plus 11.75% Tax for a studio for 2 guests, to $195.00 per night plus 11.75% Tax for a two bedroom unit for up to 4 guests.
