Sparkling new studios have all the comforts of home while capturing the feeling of paradise. Each air-conditioned studio has a bath with ceramic tile shower, ceiling fans, queen or twin beds, TV, VCR, Kitchenette complete with microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric skillet, and refrigerator. 12 Studios available. Access to pool and tennis facilities are a short walk away.
The Island

Kauai, "The Garden Isle", is the lushest and most scenic of all the Hawaiian Islands. The range of activities include: flightseeing, hiking, boat rides, snorkeling, ocean and river kayaking, horseback riding, surfing, sailboarding, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, tennis, and golf at nine different golf courses, including the Poipu Bay Course, home of the Grand Slam of golf, and of course, just relaxing on the beautiful beaches all over the island.

Rental Policy

We require a deposit at the time of the reservation.

Security deposit is not included in rent. Within 30 days of guest departure, the security deposit will be refunded less any extraordinary cleaning charges or damages.

The balance will be due 10 weeks before guest arrival date, or immediately if booked less than 30 days in advance of guest arrival.

All properties are subject to availability, and rates are subject to change at any time. Maid service is available at an additional expense.

Hawaii excise and accommodation taxes ( 11.416% ), security deposit, and normal out-cleaning charges are added to the rates list.

We accept Visa, Master Card, travelers checks, and money orders.

Cancellation and Refunds

All cancellations must be submitted to Owner in writing. If written cancellation is received by Owner and the unit is re-rented for entire reservation period, Guest will be refunded any payment made less a cancellation fee. If unit is not re-rented for entire reservation period, all payments will be forfeited. If a change in reservation is required, Owner will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the change and a fee will be assessed.
