This private large three bedroom estate home is available on a limited basis for those special few who want the best. Set on a bluff overlooking the blue Pacific Ocean. Spot whales or dolphins from the living area, bedroom, or deck or view the mountains behind you. An inspiring panoramic view including Bali Hai.

Deck opens to private pool with waterfall and heated spa. Open airy floor plan with full kitchen kitchen, TV/VCR/DVD, router/DSL service, free local and long distance calling. Air conditioning in Master bedroom-Main house, and Living room-Cottage.

Private yet open to explore the 2.5 acre private estate which also overlooks a lush emerald green valley with a private stream.

Rental Policies

We require a 30% deposit at the time of the reservation.

Security deposit is not included in rent. Within 30 days of guest departure, the security deposit will be refunded less any extraordinary cleaning charges or damages.

The balance will be due 10 weeks before guest arrival date, or immediately if booked less than 30 days in advance of guest arrival.

All properties are subject to availability, and rates are subject to change at any time. Maid service is available at an additional expense.

Hawaii excise and accommodation taxes ( 11.416% ), security deposit, and normal out-cleaning charges are added to the rates list.

We accept Visa, Master Card, travelers checks, and money orders.
