Just 3 miles south of Downtown Corpus Christi. Texas Coastal Vacations villas are located on the waters of North Beach. For your vacation pleasures we have two beautiful swimming pools (one heated year-round), two hot tubs to rest your body and mind, and private walking access to the beaches of Corpus Christi. All villas are completely furnished, have full kitchens, two color TV’s, and central heating and air conditioning. Our Deluxe condos have Dishwashers; Bar Height Chairs on the Balcony, and DVD players with over 400 DVD’s to choose from free of charge. Barbecue areas are located throughout the grounds for a good time family cookout.

Our Condos are only 10 Minutes from Corpus Christi International Airport, 2 Minutes from the American Bank Convention Center, and 2 Minutes from the New Hooks Ballpark. We also have Full room service provided by “Order Inn”.

$500.00 to $2,600.00 per week

Additional Rate and Deposit Information

Member: Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau. OFFICE HOURS ARE FROM 8:30am to 7pmCST. Up to two Pets welcome(if under 20 pounds) along with a non- refundable pet deposit of $40. Pets that weigh over 20 pounds are subject to occupancy refusal. We accept ALL MAJOR credit cards! A Valid Credit Card is required for a security deposit. Discounts DO NOT APPLY for Holidays and Weekends(Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights). All Promotional Codes And Coupons Must Be Presented At The Time Your Reservation Is Made, Otherwise Discounts Do Not Apply. A $5 processing fee will be applied to your total. Weekly rates are already discounted, so promotional codes and discounts may not apply, or the discount will be applied to the nightly rate. A 14 day notice is required for cancellation on our Condos and 1 month notice for our Homes, otherwise deposit is forefeited. All rental charges are due at time of check in. Any changes to reservations are subject up to a $100 charge. All rates are subject to change. Cancellations the day of and no-shows will be charged for a two night stay. Cancellations during scheduled stay will result in forfeiture. Rescheduling within seven days, may result in forfeiture of deposit. An additional charge of $25 will be assessed if the dishes are not cleaned and or the condo left unkempt. Each of our condos are non smoking and a $150 fine or eviction may be exercised by TXCV. A refundable deposit of $100 is due at time of reservation. If deposit is not received your reservation may be canceled without notice. 2 night minimum. Discounts for seniors 65 and older, teachers, civil service employees, and military.
