The property is in a tranquil area and set in lush gardens with pine trees with a beautiful terraced pool. Exterior stairs lead down from the upstairs balcony to the refurbished 3 bedroom downstairs apartment which is fully self-contained.

Ground Floor
At the front of the villa is an open leafy naya with a selection of furniture, ideal for relaxing with a good book and a glass of wine. From here a large wooden door leads into the spacious lounge/diner. There is a stone fireplace, satellite TV, surround sound DVD system (for both music and film entertainment), comfortable sofas and a dining area.

The kitchen features rustic wooden units, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a selection of general kitchen equipment. Doors from here lead out to the upstairs balcony with its extensive views and selection of patio furniture.
