On-site activities at our beach side cottage in Nova Scotia for individual and family fun include bird watching, beach combing and searching for shells on the shore - brought in by the Bay of Fundy’s highest tides in the world, bike riding, hiking, walking, swimming on your choice of 2 beaches, clam digging, dulse picking, cross-country skiing, and much more! The rental cottage, beach house is close to a Canadian art gallery, berry picking (including u-pick organic berries), rock-hounding, sea kayaking, golfing, kite flying, tennis, downhill skiing, other scenic seaside locations, white water rafting, and whale watching.

A fully equipped self-catering kitchen has all amenities, and eating/sitting area has a gorgeous beachrock fireplace. Main floor sunroom has windows on three sides, and a large separate dining room provides space for guests and projects. Immediate area showcases the pristine elegance of nature, and lawn and balcony furniture, a propane BBQ, and a children's swing/slide set take care of guests of all ages.

The world's highest tides right at the doorstep, bring the outdoors inside, all year long, and give visitors absolutely breath-taking ocean views - all day long. The Beach House, cottage can sleep up to 10 visitors; main bedroom has a queen bed and its very own balcony; 2nd bedroom has 2 antique double beds; second floor sunroom has a large double futon, airtight stove, pine cathedral ceiling and an oceanfront balcony; downstairs office has a day bed, for one double or two singles; cot and children's beds are also available. 38 windows, including 13 picture-size windows, bring the outdoors inside, all year long and give visitors stunning views –all day long

The only vacation rental property on the beach in Fox River is truly an exquisite executive-level beach house, cottage on Nova Scotia's Bay of Fundy is located on a unique point of land and is directly on two beaches. The east side of the cottage is on an amazing salt water marsh, which fills and empties with the tide – walk across the ocean floor at low tide & wonder how you did it when the tide comes in and completely covers where you walked!

Rental Policy

All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars; Harmonized Sales Tax of 13% is added to all costs - non-refundable deposit of $300 is required within 2 weeks of making a reservation; full payment required 4 weeks in advance of first day of visit; check-in and check-out times can be negotiated with owner; only pets allowed are dogs, if visitor promises to keep them off the furniture; contact owner for very special off-season and last minute special rates.
