There are 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, king & queen master suites both have full en-suite facilities with large Jacuzzi bath & double shower to the first master, plus a further 2 twin rooms.

The oversize pool is of an unusual shape giving larger open swim area. Luxuries include; underwater pool lighting, outdoor shower, padded deck furniture, standalone 5 person hot tub / spa (4 seats and lounger) with underwater spa light

Our villa was previously a show home / model home, so contains many upgrades, such as: ceramic floor tiling to living room, marble top sinks to all bathrooms, glass top oven, icemaker fridge, luxury blinds, embossed tiling to bathrooms, jacuzzi bath, roll edge corners to walls. Collectively these features make our villa luxurious than the standard Orlando holiday home. My wife Claire's love of show homes is clear to see in our beautifully presented holiday home.

We have continued to upgrade our home year on year, additions include; games room, stand alone spa, an extra 200 square foot screened pool deck extension, Nintendo Wii with 5 game sports package of golf, tennis, boxing, bowling and baseball, plus high-speed Internet access & upgraded to free national calls & digital TV with around 200 channels. As well as new pictures, furnishings, linens, towels, beach towels for those reduced baggage allowances and replacing all those kitchen nick-knacks, to keep the house spick and span.

Choose from king & queen size master suites with marble top vanities, hairdryers, walk in wardrobes, with the added feature of Jacuzzi bath to first master. Plus all bedrooms and living rooms have cable TV and ceiling fans, in addition to air-conditioning for added comfort. The private screened pool has extended sun deck, standalone spa, outdoor shower, underwater lighting & padded deck furniture.

There is ample room for relaxing in either the family room, with direct access to the pool deck or the formal living room. For mealtimes there is the sumptuous formal dining area, the breakfast nook overlooking the pool and not forgetting the covered patio for shaded alfresco dining.

For golfers there are 2 highly rated courses less than five minutes from our villa. These are the new, Greg Norman designed, 36 hole, Champions Gate course and the scenic Highlands Reserve course.

Availability Calendar

Rental Policies

BOOKINGS

1. An initial reservation can be made by telephone or online booking form and will be held for 7 days. Completion and return of a booking form and full deposit or payment as appropriate must then confirm this. Bookings made for mid and high season will normally only be accepted for complete weeks.

DEPOSIT/SECURITY DEPOSIT

2. A deposit of £100/$200 per week is required with the completed booking form. Confirmation of booking will normally be sent within seven days of receipt of deposit. Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit will be non-refundable but will be deducted from the full rental amount due. A refundable security deposit of £200 / $400 will be required on payment of balance, to cover any breakage or damage whilst staying in the holiday home. Once the management company have checked for damage, the security deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your return.

BALANCE OF PAYMENT

3. The balance of the cost is to be paid no later than 8 weeks before the departure date. When booking is made within 8 weeks of the departure date payment in full must accompany the booking form. Key collection details will be sent to you after full payment has been received.

The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

4. The client may cancel the booking at any time after it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:
A.) More than eight weeks before departure ? deposit forfeited
B.) Between four and eight weeks before departure - 50% of total cost forfeited
C.) Less than 4 weeks before departure ? 100% of total cost forfeited

If through circumstances beyond our control, it is necessary for us to cancel (which would be wholly exceptional) we will refund any monies paid, without interest or further compensation.
