A modern townhouse on a quiet development close to shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. The beach is less than 1km and there are 3 golf courses all within a 6km radius. La Zenia is 8kms south of Torrevieja and served by Alicante and Murcia airports.

This modern 2 bedroomed townhouse sleeps a maximum of 4 people in two twin bed rooms.

There is a well appointed lounge (2 & 3 seater leather sofa and dinig table and four chairs) and separate well equipped kitchen (electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle), plus a shower/wc/basin room on the groundfloor. On the first floor are two twin bed rooms with wardrobes and ceiling fans, the larger bed room has a balcony, and a full bathroom (Shower, bath, washbasin, wc and bidet).

The utility area has a washing machine, ironing board and iron also provided.

The private garden to the rear has one area permanently in shade and is equipped with garden furniture, barbacue, and cold shower. It provides a safe outside play environment for young children.

The lounge has a tv, video recorder, dvd player, cd stereo system, books, games, cds, dvds and ceiling fan.

There are two supermarkets within a 400 metre radius and plenty of restaurants, shops and bars just a short walk away. The two blue flag beaches are under 1km from the property and the golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas, and Campoamor are within a 6km radius.
