2)Studio 35 m2 with large kitchen area,double bed corner, two single beds,bathroom with shower,balcony front of sea and sight over astonishing sundowns and Eolie islands.

Parking to 300 and 500 mt.limited trafic street entrance allowed from 5 to 10 a.m. amd from 1 to 5 p.m
Railway connection to Palermo Punta Raisi airport.

Rental Policies

Weekly.Two weeks stay discount 10%.
Air conditioning only in the street apartment.Free for confort at night)
